Ekaterina Siurina celebrates the song-writing talents of four great composers better known for their operas in a recital of flirtatious, passionate and grief-stricken lovers plighting their troths in Naples, Florence, Venice and elsewhere.
Presenting the major singers of today and the stars of tomorrow, the Rosenblatt Recitals are London's only world-class season of opera recitals. This new partnership with Opus Arte will see 5-6 CDs released per year, based predominantly on studio recordings with occasional bonus live tracks.

[Siurina's singing] has purity of tone, directness of line, and a naturalness of expression sufficient to all the material she espouses here...This is a most sympathetically performed selection of Italian songs, full of range and sensitivity as to juxtaposition and balance. It’s also been beautifully recorded.
