The Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra's set of the complete Sibelius symphonies with their new Music Director Klaus Mäkelä proved most popular last month - the collection was an Editor's Choice in the latest edition of Gramophone, with Edward Seckerson describing the 26-year-old Finn's recording debut as 'uber-auspicious' and praising his interpretations as 'accomplished, insightful and full of the beauty and intrigue that make these works so perennially exciting'.
It's wonderful to see that recordings featured as part of our Humanitarian Fundraiser for Ukraine account for almost a third of our best-selling titles for March - our heartfelt thanks to the participating labels (who, like Presto, will take no money from the sales of these items) and to everyone who's supported the initiative so far.
