Broad, noble melodies soar over brisk eighth-note ostinatos in this animated adventure in ¾ time. With melodic material spread throughout the orchestra, the uplifting G major theme brings opportunities to practice various articulations, subdivision, and the D.C. al Coda structure. A wonderful concert opener or finale!
