Adler's contemplation of generational influences, penned for the descendent of Arnold Schönberg, begins with a meditative quality, soon giving way to a vigorous mid-section, in slow-fast-slow form. Written to celebrate a Bat Mitzvah service, this new Adler organ solo will be suitable for many similar occasions. For advanced organists.
