Piano Solo

The Piano is a crucial instrument in almost all genres including classical, jazz, pop, blues, folk, and rock music. Often used as an accompanying instrument, a large number of Solo Piano works exist. Famous pianists include Daniel Barenboim, Alfred Brendel, Vladimir Ashkenazy, Glenn Gould, Stephen Hough, Evgeny Kissin, Lang Lang, and many more. A vast number of composers were also proficient in the piano. Famous pianists/composers include Ludwig van Beethoven, Frederic Chopin, Franz Liszt, W. A. Mozart, Sergei Rachmaninov, and Ludovico Einaudi.
