This book will help you to explore the new musical options that modes can offer - not only for composing or improvising, but also for accompaniment or performance of Bass grooves or lines.

You will find thetools you would need to compose modal progressions, accompany or improvise. This approach could be applied to any musical style, such as blues, jazz, rock…pop or metal.

Even if the subject is theoretical, do not expectthisbook to be boring or indigestible. The approach is simple, effective and musical… because practice and the pleasure of playing are the main themes of this book and many musical examples are featured.

The included MP3 CDwill be helpful, first of all to listen to the examples as they should be played but also because of the numerous playbacks (more the 5 hours of music).
