Intended for second-year players, the above pieces expand musical independence and ensemble skills in a balanced way with a variety of styles and rhythms. Violin ll becomes independent and alternate parts cover viola and bass. Keys range from G major to A major without extensions or shifting. Piano parts are optional for rhythmic support.
