Tantalizing lines that touch, yet never directly intersect, are the musical basis for this stunning work from the pen of Robert W. Smith. A rhythmic ostinato provides the underlying propulsion throughout. Once the melodic investigation is complete, the work closes with a full ensemble tutti conclusion. Intense, dramatic, and totally satisfying. (1:46)
