With a charttopping eponymous album in the can, this exuberant live recording captures a band at the end of a tour which found them celebrating the bravado of their individual contributions, while fully committed to the deep grooves that unite the quartet on their fiery journey. Wollny is the obvious propellant, but it’s such a pleasure hearing Landgren so liberated, singing and never far from the blues.
