Marquis Hill is an American trumpet player, composer and bandleader from Chicago, Illinois. He won the Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz International Trumpet Competition in 2014. His style draws inspiration from jazz, hip-hop, R&B, Chicago house and neo soul.
