Can I track my parcel?

A despatch notification is sent to you via email. If the email does not offer a tracking number, you chose a non-traceable method during the checkout process and you should refer to our shipping charges and estimated delivery times here

If you chose a traceable method such as Fedex, Royal Mail 24 hour tracked or Airmail Tracked, the tracking number will be stated at the bottom of the despatch notification email or in my accounts page.

I have only received part of my order - is there a problem?

We may have part-shipped your order due to an item being out of stock or not yet released, please check your despatch notification or my account which will detail further information. If this does not answer your question, please contact us - 

My order is taking longer than I expected to arrive.

It is very likely that your order has been held up in the postal system. There are a number of postal delays affecting many areas due to the pandemic and other localised issues - for more information please visit The Royal Mail Incident Bulletin 

If your order has not arrived, please allow 10 working days for UK deliveries (and 45 days for international deliveries) before contacting us.

When can I expect to receive my order?

At time of ordering, you will have received an order confirmation email, which shows an estimated delivery date, you can also view this in my account page if you signed up at time of checkout. You can also view our standard delivery times Here.

When is a pre-order shipped?

We endeavour to ship pre-orders before the day of release so that you are in receipt of the product on the official promoted date. At times, this is not possible due to when we receive products. In the unlikely event that your order is going to be later than initially expected, we will contact you to notify you of this change before release date.

When will my order be processed and despatched?

At time of ordering, you will have received an order confirmation email. This notification has an estimated despatch date for your order. The estimated despatch date is based upon their stock status and the choices at checkout.

Chasing your delivery because of Royal Mail issues

I am very sorry we have not been able to ship your order out to you. Unfortunately Royal Mail have not re opened all of their services since the cyber attack. We are seeing positive improvements in services coming back on line. As services are re opened we are working on shipping orders out to our customers in order of when they were placed so please be aware we do have a back log and we will work through shipping orders as quickly as possible. Please keep your eye on the banner on our website as we will update on here when services are switched back on. I apologise for the delay this causes but we will ship your order out to you as soon as possible.
