The performance by both the vocal and instrumental groups is, as one might expect, excellent. Soprano Maria Keohane has a bright voice and fine diction, while tenor Julian Prégarien can be powerful and forceful in his delivery. Baritone Matthias Vieweg has the sort of light voice particularly suited to Bach’s line.
