Why the title ‘SON’? French-speakers might think it means ‘le son’: sound, hence resonance, rhythm and music... or the possessive adjective ‘his, her’, suggesting a close, intimate or friendly relationship, as one might have with a ‘son’ in English.

All these words are in a sense connected with this title but, in fact, ‘Son’ is the transliteration of the Russian word meaning ‘dream’.
