For over 30 years the Verdehr Trio has been commissioning, performing, and recording new works for violin, clarinet, and piano. Fanfare Magazine has said "the breadth of these commissions is amazing" and Strad Magazine says "the quality of the results is astonishingly high." The group is in-residence at Michigan State University and tours worldwide regularly. This CD features composers with whom the Verdehr Trio has had connections in Michigan.
