Take our classical music listening survey
Recorded music can now be listened to in a wide variety of ways - on CD, SACD, DVD, Blu-ray, LP, download, and more recently, on streaming services, which allow a listener to browse a vast catalogue of recordings and simply press ‘play’, without needing to wait for a CD to arrive in the post, or a download to appear as a file.
At Presto Music, we are pleased to offer most of these formats to our customers. We have offered physical products since our formation in 2001, followed by downloads since 2011. We fully support any and every format that a customer wishes to use, and our aim is always to offer as much choice as possible. As we enter the 2020s we are pleased to see CDs, SACDs and downloads all thriving - this is the bedrock of what we do, now and into the future.
Some of our customers have also enquired about Presto Music offering a specialist classical streaming service. We have been giving this a great deal of thought, particularly around how to make it easy to use whilst taking advantage of the potential to offer better-than-CD-quality sound.
We now need your help! We've put together a short survey with questions about how you currently listen to classical music, your audio equipment, and what you would like from a classical music streaming service - we'd love to hear from as many classical music listeners as possible.
