Presto Classical Recordings of the Year Winners 2016This year we've once again given awards to the artists involved in our top 10 Recordings of the Year, which have now all been safely despatched. We've received some wonderful photos and have put together a mini-gallery featuring some of the recipients with their awards, including Lisa Batiashvili, Jonas Kaufmann, Stephen Hough, Osmo Vänskä, Teodor Currentzis and Ben Palmer.

Chris grew up in London and studied cello from the age of 5. He never did enough practice to get really good at it, but caught a passion for Classical music which would stick with him forever. He has wide ranging musical tastes, still plays Chamber music and particularly loves Mahler.
