This traditional villancico tells of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary and the joy of Jesus' birth. Resembling a plucked guitar accompaniment in triple meter, the choir accompanies the soloists. While the melody alternates between the first basses and tenors, the choir varies by accompanying different voices in the individual verses of this traditional Christmas carol.
