for SATB (with divisions) and piano or orchestra. Pilgrim Song is a powerful and heartfelt arrangement of a traditional American tune and lyrics. Words on the glory of heaven and the risen life are set to a lilting melody, sung by different sections of the choir before a grand climax. The accompaniment adds further colour and texture.
