Dual Impulse was performed by Ross Karre, percussionist and Artistic Director of the International Contemporary Ensemble (ICE) https://www.iceorg.org/on 27 September at Target Margin Theater, Broooklyn. The work was created through online collaboration between Mary and Ross during 2020-21 and explores a range of hybrid sounds created by combining various metal instruments together and using close-miking to enhance their resonance.
