Creating a realm in which reality and illusion play freely upon the mind of the listener, "Silhouette" employs contrasting elements of sonority, rhythm and pitch in an evelotionary flow of deep emotion. In the closing moments of this rhapsodic work, a few echoes are heard from the composer's germane keyboard work, "East Lake Terrace".
