Appropriate for both Holy Week and communion, this beautifully flowing anthem utilizes a verse of "When I Survey the Wondrous Cross." The text reminds us not only of Calvary, but of Christ's life and works here on earth. Easily put-together even by a smaller choir, the part writing is largely two-part mixed, with periodic and effective moments of SATB.
