Uses: Palm Sunday

Scripture: Matthew 21:1-11; Mark 11:1-11; John 12:12-19

Here is a gently rhythmic anthem recounting Christ's entry into the Holy City and the excitement of those who welcomed him. Theminor melody is punctuated with an engaging syncopation, sounding the refrain, “Hosanna, Hosanna in the highest!” Accessible to choirs of any size, this anthem will stay with the listeners far beyond the final chord.
