This composition was written for the 75th anniversary of the Royal Symphonic Wind Band De Vriendenkring from Oostham and is dedicated to the management, the conductor and the musicians. Ratafia probably originates from the Creole �RATAFIAT� which means �wishing you best of health� or �to a successful future�.
