Commissioned by the Eastern Fairfax All-Star Band for the 53rd Inaugural Parade in Washington D.C., Patriots on Parade is a unique patriotic collage crafted by Robert Smith. This bold statement is based on the popular folk song Shenandoah, with hints of other patriotic favorites. You can always expect this kind of dynamic work from Robert Smith.
