The 'First Noel' and 'Silent Night' are offered in their entirety in this sensitive arrangement for young band. The introduction is comprised of an inventive overlapping of the two melodies, which is restated to close the piece. In this selection, beginners have the opportunity to apply what they have learned about legato phrasing and the production of a strong, centered tone to performing a 'real' piece of music.
