This delightful suite was commissioned by the River East School Division No. 9, Winnipeg, Manitoba, for their Honour Band Program for Gifted and Talented Musicians. It features three distinctive movements: a fanfare (The Majestic Trees), a reflective andante (The Afternoon Sky) and a super-charged ending (Evening Celebration) that capture the positive spirit we all want to inspire in our students. An exciting showcase selection that is perfect for both festival and concert performances. (Grade 2)
