This exciting work for choir and solo violin draws its title from Edward Winslow's 1624 chronicles, Good Newes from New England, in which he describes the Mayflower Pilgrims' settlement in the New World. It closes with a version of The Old Hundredth, and the audience is encouraged to join in singing this hymn.

Boosey & Hawkes | Piano Reduction

One World deals with a fractured world (populist governments, plagues, climate change, human trafficking, disrespect for basic human rights, terrorism, war) and heralds a vision of a peaceful and egalitarian planet. Scored for soloists, chorus and orchestra in Jenkins’s inimitable style.

Bärenreiter | Vocal Score

Psalm 137, Super flumina Babylonis was an inspiration for many composers including Camille Saint-Saëns. He lived up to his reputation as an innovative composer by exploring the use of the saxophone family in sacred music just a few years after the invention of these instruments. The successful combination of voice and saxophone creates a special sound experience.

Full score and individual parts also available.

Bärenreiter | Full Score | Soloists, Choir, & Orchestra

During the last summer of his life, Franz Schubert completed the Mass in E-flat D 950. Among other things, the editor has paid particular attention to the articulation. In order to be able to present Schubert’s differentiated use of accents in the edition, a new symbol has been introduced: an accent which is flexible with regard to its length, thus making it possible to precisely visualize its compositionally intended duration.

Boosey & Hawkes | Study/Miniature Score

New edition of Stravinsky’s only full-length work for the theatre, and his first major work in English. Inspired by an exhibition of a series of Hogarth prints in Chicago in 1947. The Rake’s Progress can be appreciated on many levels, which might explain why it is still one of only a handful of 20th-century operas never to have been out of the repertoire.
