Light of Day is the new album from Richard Spaven, one of the defining rhythmic voices of the past two decades, shaping the space where jazz, hip hop, club culture and drum and bass meet.

This is spectacular, but don't take my word for it, hit the listening link below and find out for yourselves. Think 4 Hero, the Quiet Village cut 'Reunion', Alfa Mist, then you're on the right path. You'll definitely have customers who'll vibe off this album, so take the leap and introduce them to something they may not discover on their own.

His technical fluency and electronic sensibility place groove at the centre of his language, allowing him to control density, space and pulse with clarity. Across work with Loyle Carner, Jordan Rakei, Petter Eldh and Alfa Mist, his playing remains recognisable - elastic, deliberate and grounded in feel.
