About

Myricae is an album that contains two complementary souls. On one hand, the more intimate dimension, with songs for guitar alone that enhance the sound of the instrument and Luca's expressiveness in its purest, most essential and evocative form. On the other, a more choral vision, in which the presence of guests and production interventions enrich the music with more complex colors, timbres and sound textures. This balance between simplicity and expressive richness creates a varied and engaging sound path, in which each song finds its identity between introspection and openness, always keeping the guitar as the narrative fulcrum.

Published by Abeat Records, the album stands out for its meticulously crafted sound, thanks also to the collaboration of top-level musicians: Stefano Della Casa – Co-producer, coordinated the entire project with Luca and integrated discrete but essential electronic sounds. He also oversaw the production of two songs: Sciarada and Enigma; Marco Fadda – Percussioni dal mondo on “Ishtar” and “Peace Song”; Giovanni Ceccarelli – Fender Rhodes on “Peace Song”; Giulia Beatini – Mezzosoprano on “Stefano e Irene”.
