"Jazz music is the power of now" - these words by world-famous jazz trumpeter Wynton Marsalis aptly describe the music of Alexander's Swing Time Orchestra. The band impresses above all with its energetic and at the same time emotional original compositions, which merge into a kind of "swinging soul music" through the "spirit" of their role models. With energetic improvisations and swinging, groovy rhythms, the band keeps every lover of good music on their toes and invites them to move. Under the direction of bandleader Alexander Kuttler, the 19 talented musicians create a mixture that puts their own unmistakable stamp on jazz and goes far beyond the label of a traditional big band.

The "saxophone colossus" Florian Bramböck is well- established in the Austrian jazz scene and considered to be one of the most important contemporary jazz musicians of the country. Florian considerably shaped the sound of the band not only by playing with us regularly for performances but also by various other musical interactions with members of the band.
