Disclaimer  is the debut studio album by South African rock band Seether. The album was released on 20 August 2002. It features three successful singles which would remain some of the band's most well-known songs. The album peaked at number 92 on the Billboard 200 chart and has gone on to be RIAA Certified Gold in the US. Single “Gasoline” peaked at #8 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks. Single “Fine Again” was a US Active Rock #1 and peaked #61 in the Billboard Hot 100 Chart and #3 Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks.
