In 2005 Terry Lightfoot celebrates 50 years as a bandleader and this CD, released as part of the on going Record Supervision Collection, is released to commemorate that event. The CD comprises his first studio recording, his first LP and an EP entitled "Trad" which was the first time the term had been applied and was coined by the producer, Dennis Preston. There are other significant contributions to this CD: the engineer on most of the sessions was the legendary Joe Meek; the drummer on most of the sessions was the now world renowned rock musician, Ginger Baker. Also on four tracks is the leading tradster, Kenny Ball, who within months of the session became a household name with his own band.
