Christina Gustafsson’s follow up CD to Moments Free is a collection of songs written by the singer herself. She collaborates once again with a collection of musicians who she is very close to, which makes this album very personal.

Her songs are rooted in jazz with influences from the American singer/songwriter tradition. She combines some of these with her own arrangements of jazz standard favorites. She performs the James Taylors hit Your Smiling Face, as well as a re-harmonized version of Stormy Weather arranged in a 5/4 beat. For other tracks such as I’ve Got The World On A String, she uses a more traditional arrangement. The co-procucer is Pål Svenre, a well established name in Swedish popular music.
