Slam Productions
Slam Productions was founded in 1989 by George Haslam, originally as a means of self-releasing improvisatory recordings made by Haslam for solo baritone sax. The second Slam release was a live album by Haslam alongside Paul Rotherford, Lol Coxhill and Howard Riley. The label steadily built up its catalogue throughout the 1990s, now encompassing over 200 releases.
