Atlantic Records / Rhino
Atlantic Records was founded in 1947 by Ahmet Ertegun and Herb Abramson, building a reputation in jazz, R&B and soul music by signing artists like Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles and Otis Redding, though they would eventually branch out into rock acts like Led Zeppelin and Crosby, Stills Nash & Young.
