Prim

Prim was founded in 1943 by Gunnar Fröjel in Stockholm Sweden. He was a cellist that had difficulties finding good strings during the second world war and therefore started to make his own strings. He started to sell them to his colleagues in Swedish orchestras leading to the formation of the company. Prim Strings is a Swedish manufacturer of strings for bowed instruments and has been producing high quality strings for more than 60 years.
