We would like to introduce you to some special and somewhat lesser-known pieces emanating from seven European countries, by seven composers and seven poets. Love, nature, transience, finality and revival are just a few of the themes you can look forward to encountering. The journey through the music facets of the individual countries, their musical temperaments, their tonal language and formal elements is as varied and moving as the subject matter of the music itself. The development of the national languages with regard to their respective diction, articulation and linguistic character is equally inspiring and challenging.
