Harpsichordist and conductor Korneel Bernolet was named Belgian Young Musician of the Year for 2014; he has been described by the international musical press as “an unbelievably talented performer with a faultless mastery of the keyboard”, a “first-class musician and virtuoso, and one of Europe’s top harpsichord specialists”. He and his Apotheosis Ensemble strive to recreate music from the Baroque to the Romantic periods in a responsible manner.
