About

Jean Cras, a gifted and inspired musician who began composing at the age of thirteen. As his career in the French Navy blossomed, reaching the height of Rear Admiral, his music became even more influenced by the sea. His love of music continued right up to his death in 1932. Interest now for his music is probably stronger now than ever before, and this release won’t fail to intoxicate.
