About
Two of the biggest names in the world of opera, Roberto Alagna and Angela Gheorghiu, join forces with the London Symphony Orchestra to bring the first recording, albeit in excerpt form, to the world stage. Roberto and Angela are big fans of the soundtracks of Vladimir Cosma and the novels of Marcel Pagnol and it was their influence that brought this exciting project to life. The opera had its World premier on the 4/9/07 on the stage of the Opera of Marseille.
