Part 2 of a simple yet inspired idea from Cypres records; a project to trace the musical evolution of the Requiem by recording one Requiem from each century beginning in the 15th with the Requiem by Johannes Ockeghem (Part 1 CYP1648) up to the present day. (The Requiem by Pierre Bartholomee will be released later in the year). The whole project performed by the Laudantes Consort under the skilled and knowledgeable baton of Guy Janssens.
