Giusepe Toni Paganelli el xe stà un muxicista e conpoxitor de opera. De famègia nobile, el gà studià co Giuseppe Tartini. El ga exordio come operista inte el 1732 a Venesia, co la opera:"La caduta di Leone imperatore de oriente". Dopo el xe stà ativo in molte cità todesche: el xe stà anche diretor de muxica a la corte de Bayreuth, dal 1737 al 1739. Dopo el xe stà a Praga e de novo in Italia, a Venesia e a Firense, e dal 1756 el xe sta a Madrid a la corte del Re.
