Jan Tollius, ook Joannes Tollius of Tollio was een Nederlands componist. Hij werd als Jan Tol geboren in Amersfoort, waarschijnlijk als jongste zoon in een welgesteld gezin met 8 kinderen. Zijn vader Jan, chirurgijn, en moeder Anna woonden in de Langestraat.
