Jack Gallagher is an American composer and retired professor of music at The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio. His compositions include orchestral, chamber, piano, wind ensemble, solo, and choral works. He has written three symphonies and one sinfonietta for string orchestra, three of which have been recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra.
