Announcement, New international delivery charges & shipping options

We've recently refreshed our delivery options for orders being shipped outside the UK, with a variety of new services added and updated delivery charges. We hope that these changes will offer you greater choice about how your order is delivered, as well as fair, automatic pricing for orders of all sizes. Updated delivery charges

Delivery for all international orders is now charged based on the total weight of the order, rather than the number of items. This means that the standard delivery costs for orders of multiple small items (such as a few standard CDs) should generally be slightly cheaper than they were under the old system.

These changes also mean that our shipping costs for large, heavy box sets will now be calculated automatically in the basket - so you'll no longer need to contact us to pay the additional costs separately.

The delivery costs and available options for shipping your order are shown in the basket (to the right-hand side of the page) and elsewhere during the checkout process as they were before, or you can find a full breakdown of delivery/shipping charges for your country here.

New delivery options - including tracked services

We've added new delivery options for all the countries we ship to, so you can decide how you would like to receive your order - whether that's by standard airmail or a registered/tracked service. We aim to offer a few services to choose from for most orders. You'll see the options available for your order during the checkout process (the services offered will depend on your delivery country and the total size and weight of the order).
