This gold lacquered 'SR' is a solid and versatile intermediate alto saxophone - a quality step up for those upgrading from their first saxophone. Launched in 2011, the 'SR' range has been developed in close cooperation with sax players around the world such as Andy Sheppard and Andy Snitzer. The 'SR' instruments have taken on many of the mechanism and crook features of the hand built professional Signature Custom models that were previously only available to professional players, resulting in a very free-blowing saxophone with rich tonal characteristics and effortless playability.
