Refunds, Returns and Problems

My order is taking longer than I expected to arrive.

If your order has not arrived, please allow 10 working days for UK deliveries (and 45 days for international deliveries) before contacting us. However, please contact us within 60 days of the despatch date.

The wrong item has arrived.

Please contact us - the more information you can supply, the better (for instance, does the despatch note list the correct item?).

My order has been damaged in the post.

I have only received part of my order - is there a problem?

We may have part-shipped your order, please check the accompanying despatch note for further information or contact us.

I'd like a refund on my purchase.

Please contact us; all returns are handled on an individual basis.

I have ordered a download instead of a CD; what do I do?

Please contact us to arrange a refund on your download order, and then order the CD on our website.

I would like to exchange or cancel my order.

Please contact us.

I ordered a product in DVD format, but wanted the Blu-ray version (or vice versa).

Please return the incorrect item to us along with your order number and re-order the required version on our website; we will refund the returned item assuming it reaches us in a re-saleable condition.
