This seventh volume of Psalms is sung by the little known but wonderfully balanced choir from Wakefield Cathedral under the direction of Thomas Moore in whose charge this choir has evolved and blossomed under his direction. They sing Psalms 89 to 104 to chants hitherto unrecorded in this or Priory’s first series. Simon Earl exciting accompaniment provides the organ colours and descriptions to the texts.
