Sloane paces [the Symphony] superbly and fashions its shape marvellously. However, it is the Everyman and The Tempest scores that are quite special: both fervent and perceptive accounts possessing special insights that bring us nearer these original and powerful works.

2011 edition

Three key works in eminently acceptable performances...We do not associate Norwegian artists with this repertoire but these fine musicians prove highly sympathetic interpreters...Excellent singing from Thomas Oliemans and fine support from the Stavanger players.
